Carey Jones Chapman Tolcher are pleased to announce they have been nominated for the RESI 10 for 10 Award, sponsored by Mansion Global. The award celebrates the 10th Anniversary of RESI, recognising ‘trail blazing’ residential developments from the last 10 years.
There are two categories; small developments (less than 250 units) and large developments (more than 250 units) which have each been whittled down to the last twelve finalists. Granary Wharf in Leeds (on behalf of ISIS Waterside Regeneration, Muse, Igloo and the canal Riverside Trust) has been nominated for the small development scheme, whilst Woodberry Down (in London, for Berkeley Homes, Genesis Housing Association and Hackney Council) has been nominated for the large Development scheme.
